Questions

When can I sign up?
Surf is launching soon in the UK. Join the waitlist and we'll email you once when it's live. These are our launch prices.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Plans are flat monthly or yearly fees with no contract, and you can cancel from your account whenever you like.
What does the free trial include?
Everything in the plan you choose, free for 7 days. You won't be charged if you cancel before the trial ends.
What are my own shop links?
On Surf Plus you can add links to shops that aren't in Surf's catalogue, and Surf watches them just for you. Only add shops you trust: Surf checks the links you add, but can't check whether a website is genuine, and Surf and Hard Copy aren't responsible for purchases from sites you add yourself.
How does Surf Community work?
Surf posts alerts straight into your community's Discord server. Pricing depends on your server's size: get in touch at hello@surfalerts.uk for a price. When you sign up, you add the Surf bot to your server to complete our verification. Keep it in your server while your subscription is active, as removing it pauses your community's alerts.
What about app notifications?
Today Surf alerts you by WhatsApp, Discord and email. App notifications come to every plan when the Surf app is released.
